To ensure that your hard work (and the children's) lasts for as long as possible, there are a few care suggestions:

• Store Presentation Portfolios and Sticker Sheets flat and away from direct sunlight, heat and dust (preferably in a cupboard or drawer)
• Always handle Presentation Portfolios and Sticker Sheets with care
• Ensure that Presentation Portfolios are closed and held securely when transported
• Never carry a Presentation Portfolio open and by its' cover as this could result in its' spine being weakened and may lead to tearing
• Avoid gluing artwork across double pages as this can lead to distortion of the Presentation Portfolio, difficulties with turning pages and tearing of artwork etc. If a work sample is too big to fit on a single page, instead try folding it in half and then gluing one side of the folded artwork on to the page.
• Take care when peeling stickers to avoid tearing.

The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to obtain an exchange. Where the item is faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
