If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will happily exchange your product(s) once we have received the item(s) by way of return.
The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to obtain an exchange.
Shipping or handling charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship).
Where the item is faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.
